School Organisation

Nursery children are accepted after their 3rd birthday then enter the main school in the year that they are five. The nursery has a capacity for 32 children each session (A total of 64 pupils.) Pupils leave the school in the August following their eleventh birthday to attend Whitchurch High School or another school of the parents’ choice.

Throughout the school classes are grouped in chronological order.  In our Foundation Phase Department there is the Nursery, one Reception, one Year 1 class and one Year 2 class.  In our Junior Department there is one class in Years 3,4,5 and 6.  The maximum number of children permitted in each year group from Reception on is 30 pupils.
