The hours spent on teaching during the normal week, including Religious Education, but excluding the statutory daily act of worship, registration and breaks (including lunch) are:

Foundation Phase 22 hours and 5 min
Junior Department 23 hours and 30 mins

 

Supervision

Teaching staff are on duty each morning from 8.40 and are responsible for their pupils until 15.30. The children are supervised each playtime by staff in both the infant and junior yards. During the lunch hour, teaching staff and supervisory assistants are also on duty.
